What zauna is
zauna is an independent guide to saunas in the UK: public saunas, home saunas, heaters and suppliers. We check facts against each business's own website, but details such as prices, opening hours and availability can change. Always check with the venue or supplier before you travel, book or buy.
We don't run any of the saunas or sell the products listed. Bookings, purchases and work agreed with a venue, shop or supplier are between you and them.
Health
Our guides are general information, not medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, low or high blood pressure, or any other health concern, speak to a doctor before using a sauna.
Your account
You can create an account with your email to save saunas and suppliers. We send a one-time code to sign in; keep your email account secure, as anyone with access to it can sign in. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Quote requests and messages
When you request quotes or message a supplier, we pass your details to up to three suppliers so they can reply to you. Suppliers marked "zauna vetted" have had their website checked by our team. This is not a guarantee of their work, and you should agree prices, timings and terms with them directly.
Listings
Businesses can claim, correct or ask us to remove a listing. Information you give us about your business must be accurate and you must have the right to share any photos you upload. We may edit, decline or remove listings, including any that don't fit our content policy. Paid plans, where offered, have their own terms shown at sign-up.
Links and commissions
Some links to retailers earn us a commission. It never changes what we recommend. See our affiliate disclosure. We aren't responsible for other websites.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no scraping in bulk, no attempts to break security, no false reports or reviews, and nothing unlawful or offensive.
Our content
Text, data, design and the zauna name and logo belong to us. You can share links and short quotes with credit. Our brand assets may be used to refer to zauna.
Liability
We work hard to keep zauna accurate, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be complete, current or available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by relying on the site, or by venues, shops or suppliers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring a claim where you live.
