What we cover
Community saunas, wild and outdoor saunas, spas, hotel saunas, gyms, leisure centres, pools, private-hire and mobile saunas, and saunas for the home and for business.
What we don't cover
Adult venues and sex-on-premises venues are out of scope entirely. We don't list them, write about them or link to them, whatever people search for.
How it's enforced
Every new listing, product and piece of page text is checked automatically against a list of excluded terms before an editor sees it. Anything that matches is rejected or held for review. Every listing is approved by an editor before it appears, and anyone can report a listing from its page; two reports hide it until it has been reviewed.
Listing types
Each venue has exactly one type from a fixed list: community, wild and outdoor, spa, hotel, gym, leisure centre, pool, private hire or mobile.
Photos
Venue photos come from two places: the image a venue's own website offers for sharing, shown with a credit and a link back to that site, or photos the venue owner uploads and confirms they have the right to use. We don't copy or re-host photos from other websites. If you own a photo on zauna and want it removed, contact us and we'll take it down promptly. Where we have no photo, we show a general illustrative image, labelled as such.
