03 — Compare power, price and room size
Compare power, price and room size
Start with your sauna’s room volume rather than price alone. The 6 kW Huum Drop Electric Sauna Heater + Local or WIFI Control Unit lists a room range of 5–9m³ and starts at £739. The other entries do not provide usable room-volume ranges, so you will need to confirm sizing before choosing one.
At the lower end of the listed power range, the HUUM CORE Wall Mini Electric Sauna Heater Black is 3kW and starts at £557.99. The HUUM CLIFF Mini Electric Sauna Heater is 3.5kW, from £619.99. The HUUM HIVE Mini Electric Sauna Heater is 6kW, from £729.99. It shares the Drop’s power rating, but the record does not establish that they suit the same room sizes.
04 — Check fuel type and controls
Check fuel type and controls
If you are comparing electric models, all four are listed as single-phase and name UKU Local or UKU Wi-Fi controls. The Drop’s product name explicitly includes a control unit. For the other electric heaters, confirm what the starting price includes rather than assuming the controller is bundled.
The Huum Hive Wood 17 kW LS is the wood-fired option in this selection. It is described as a through-the-wall model and starts at £1,269. No controls are listed for it. Keep it separate from the electric options when you compare fuel type and control requirements.
