The Somewhere Sauna

The Somewhere Sauna offers sauna sessions at Mothecombe and Dartington in Devon. It began as a single mobile, wood-fired sauna, created to bring sauna bathing to local communities in an accessible, natural way. The business was built and is run by experienced carpenter Columb Thompson, whose interest in craft sits alongside a desire to connect people, nature and community. Each sauna is made from local, sustainable materials and incorporates features such as rainwater harvesting and solar energy. Alongside sessions, the business offers memberships, gift vouchers and special events. Its services also include custom sauna builds, private and event hire, and venue partnerships.
