What to expect

Kontrast brings together three sauna options: one traditional silent sauna, one traditional large sauna and one infrared sauna. Cold plunge facilities offer the ice bath side of the venue. You can choose a 45- or 90-minute public session, with access on a pay-as-you-go basis. There are lockers and showers, along with a café serving coffee and drinks. If you want to unwind before or after your session, there is a chill-out area. The Leeds venue opens from 06:30 to 21:30 on Monday and Wednesday through Sunday. It is closed on Tuesdays.
